Joe Henry Daulton, age 79, of Bronston, KY, passed away on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.

Joe was born on March 8, 1939 in Norfleet, KY to the late Joe Willis Daulton and Nannie Mary Daulton.  He was a veteran of the United States Navy, a member of Burnside Masonic Lodge #634, and a member of the Oleika Shrine.  Joe was an avid UK Wildcats fan and enjoyed fishing, hunting, NASCAR, watching old western movies, and riding his pontoon on Lake Cumberland.  He was a Union Electrician working all over the county and member of the NEBF and IBEW.  He was of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Lou Perdue Daulton, whom he married on June 25, 1967 in Somerset, KY; his siblings, Bea McKheen and Dale Daulton; three sisters-in-law, Sarah Dalton, Lois Taylor and Kaye Perdue;  two special friends, Bryan & Charlotte, and his good neighbors.

Along with his parents he was preceded in death by two siblings, Eula Mae and Eddie.

Visitation will be on Sunday, March 25, 2018 after 5:00pm at Lake Cumberland Funeral Home.

His funeral service will be held on Monday, March 26, 2018 at 12:00pm at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home with Bro. Lonnie Sewell officiating.  Burial will be at Double Springs Cemetery in Waynesburg.

The family requests expressions of sympathy be made to the Disabled American Veterans Fund.
